How to Meditate with Crystals
Meditation, in general, is a way of being mindful and focusing the mind on a particular object, thing, or activity. There are many different ways to meditate. Using crystals to meditate is one of these ways. It can relax you and the mind and even block any negative energy that tries to come your way.
Crystal meditation is different from any other way of meditating. It is more like a belief. You have to believe that these crystals mean something to you. For example, there are crystals that can protect you from negative energy, depression, and anxiety. Some can even increase motivation. It all depends on what crystal you think is best for you.
Before you begin meditating, you will need to cleanse your crystals. You can pass your crystal through an incense or sage, chanting or singing bowls, expose your crystal in sunlight or moonlight for a couple hours, set your crystal under running water, apply your crystal in salt water, or and bury the crystal in a bowl of brown rice.
Once you have cleansed your crystal, you will be able to start meditating. Here is a list of the types of crystal meditation.
Types of crystal meditation:
Crystal grids or circles – First, make sure the crystals are not touching your body. You can place crystals around you in a circle and in front of you. And basically, you relax and focus on yourself.
In the bath – Everyone gets stressed at some point. Taking a bath is always good to relieve stress and help relax your body. You can place crystals in the water. (Crystals that can’t be in the water: Selenite or Calcite).
Crystals on your chakras – Chakras (Crown Chakra, Third Eye Chakra, Throat Chakra, Heart Chakra, Solar Plexus Chakra, Sacral Chakra, Root Chakra) are energy transducers in the body. You can place a crystal (on your body) in which the chakra aligns with your intention.
Don’t be afraid to add extra tools while you’re meditating like candles, incense, and essential oils. Enjoy!

I think everyone needs to find ways to deal with emotions and stress. Thanks for providing a resource for students who are into the power of crystals.
