What music are YOU listening to? We held a poll covering what Segerstrom students jam out to! Looking at the chart, we can see that Corridos won over the voting charts. Corridos, being known as a regional Mexican style of music, uses powerful and deep meanings of romance, heartbreak, and folklore to show a moral lesson. The accompaniment of instruments such as a tuba, guitar, accordion, and snare drum helps bring the songs together for everyone to enjoy. The country fans, on the other hand, can find somewhere else to giddy on up!

    I did not know that Corridos and Reggaeton were music genres. The summaries are pretty funny and intriguing. I am appreciative that this is a short sweet summary that describes the opinions of many Segerstrom students.
